    I have heard:
    The nation's history
can we use that structure for

    a school's bell
    a dog's bone
    a house's door

    ?

Yes. There will be those who say you can't, but it is quite normal.

But I have heard my teacher said:" You can't use in that style if the subject/ object is not human being". Likewise, when I do a writing "The dog's bone", he considered it incorrect

Tell that to the dog. In the dog's opinion, it is the dog's bone.

When at the stables, we talk about "my horse's mane", "my horse's tail".

If you look, you will also find phrases such as "the Government's decision", "the Bible's influence", "the ocean's floor", "the sun's rays".

There is some kind of prescriptive attitude to possessives. It seems to be relatively new and I would pay little heed [unless you think you will fail an exam by doing so].
