    Dear folks

    I noticed that sometimes words in movie title are put in an interesting order, like this:

    Searchers, The (1956):

    I assume that it actually means "The Searchers".
    Just wonder what's the reason behind this. I am sure there is a reason since I've seen quite some of them

    That is done when the list is alphabetical. One would not want to search on a, an, or the, because they are too common. :wink:
