    What are you doing here????

    Hi teachers and friends,
I found in an article which contains some explations, I want to ask this question: does really this expression "what are you doing here?" means " Are you feeling okay?" in a polite way?
in answer to this question, when I say "I'm thinking" is this really means " I'm not okay" in a polite way?
I'm wondering if this is correct in daily spoken english, could u help me please??
