    Is it OK to use "Fast stomach" for "diarrhea" in urban language?

    No, "fast stomach" doesn't really make sense. Some urban expressions for diarrhea are "the trots," "the runs," and "Montezuma's revenge." There are lots of other terms for it, but they're not appropriate in polite conversation.
