Smile pick on/be picky with/find faults with

She felt that her parents were picking on/finding faults with/picky with her.

Are the three phrases underlined all interchangeable and synonymous in the context? Thanks.

Pick on- this is slightly different to me as it can mean to treat unfairly, bully, and doesn't have to have a direct cause

    Thanks, Tdol, for the explanation.

But don't the other two do the trick in the context?

They all work fine; I was just saying that the first could have a slightly different meaning.
