    Hi,

Which of the following is best to describe a kid's behavior in keep on asking questions:-
    1. He has never ending question.
    2. He has never ending questions.

    Maybe the #2 is better.
"question" as a countable noun in the sentence, it should be added "s",which means not only one question.

    He has a never-ending question
    He has never-ending questions

The second is better in relation to a child, though a far more common way of saying this is "He never stops asking questions".

    Thanks Anglika and qy8227.

Why the "never ending" is "never-ending"?
How I know when to use which form?

    Thanks in advance.

It turns the phrase into a compound word [in this case an adjective qualifying sentences].

Without the hyphen there is a hesitation as to whether it is never [ending questions] or [never ending] questions. By creating the compound word it is made absolutely clear that the questions are never ending. Note that you do not require the hyphen if the phrase follows the verb.

That child's questions are never ending.
