    Hi teacher!

    I'm a new member of this website, I'm from Vietnam.
    I've joined to test my Grammar Skill with However, despite, although, though. But i dont understand much about this grammar point.

    So, please help me to improve this!

    Thanks a lot!

    Best Regard!

    Re: How to use However, despite, although, though

    Hi there,
    However can be used instead of 'but' for instance 'I would love to go to the party, however I have made alternative plans.'
    Despite can be used as such. 'Despite all the criticisms I get from my teacher, I still appreciate her.'
    'though' and 'although' can be similarily used. for instance 'You can come down this evening to pick up your order, though/although you would have to notify me beforehand.'

    Hope this helped;
    cheers
