    Default Colon? Semi-Colon? Or Comma?!

    Hi there,

    In the following sentance:

" No: the worst situation for a nurse is ...."

After the "No" is it correct grammatical english to use a colon (as above), a semi-colon or a comma?

    Please help!!

    Thanks a lot

Without fuller context, I would use a full stop and make it into two sentences.

It would, sort of, depend on your tone.
But I would go with a period, it looks like the best choice anyways.
Also, I can't recollect of a situation in which a colon or a semicolon would be appropriate.
