Hi, is the word 'to' necessary in this sentence? Is these infinitive verbs? Thanks.

My brain helps me to breathe, walk, talk (etc)

    Thanks

"to" is not necessary in that sentence, but it is not wrong to use "to".
In the folllowing sentence, however, "to" is necessary. It asks me to breathe, walk, talk, etc.
Whether "to" is necessary is decided by the verb before "me".

    Say, 'Are these infinitive verbs?'
