    Hi, I am wondering if the word 'to' needs to be included in the following sentence...

    My brain helps me to walk, talk (a list of verbs)

    I think "to" is optional in this case. I can't remember very well, but it seems there is a difference between the British English and the American English. In most cases, there is no "to".
