    what is the difference between be/get used to+ing and how should we use each one of them ? thank you

    to talk about things you don't find strange anymore, that you are familiar with.
    'get' focuses on the process, the transition between findng sth strange and fnding it natural.
    'be' focuses on the state, so let's say you move to a big and noisy city when you had always lived on a farm out in the countryside, you might find it difficult to adapt. But after some time you might say; 'I'm getting used to living in a big city.'
    And some time later, when you are completely adapted to the new place, you might say: 'I'm used to living in a big city now.'
