    Pick (someones) Brains - means to find out everything that someone knows on a subject.

    I cannot get this problem solved. I think I'll pick Bob's brain about this. He knows everything.

    Racking My Brains means to struggle mentally with a problem .

    I have been racking my brains for two hours now, trying to solve this problem.
