Default Nor I half turn to go yet turning stay.

I was reading Christina Rossetti's poem "Remember", but I can't understand the sentence, "Nor I half turn to go yet turning stay."
Can anyone put it in plain English?
    Thank you!

When you can no more hold me by the hand,
Nor I half turn to go, yet turning stay.

    When I
die - when I no longer can choose to go or stay..
