Smile Once I got to work

Once I got to work, I switched on my BMW computer, and read the New York Times and the Sydney Morning Herald online, while drinking a cup of brewed coffee from Brazil and feasting on French bread sandwiches.

Does got to work refer to got to my office or my workplace?
Second, what is brewed coffee? Is it boiled coffee? Thanks.

    Yes.

Brewed coffee is coffee made in a coffee maker. It's not exactly "boiled;" it's coffee made via the slow-drip process.

Thanks, Ouisch, for the clear reply.

But I wonder how many different kinds of coffee there are as opposed to brewed coffee.
