    Default after a week

Is it correct to say "I got better after a week." Is it the same as "i got better a week later"?

Depending on the broader context, either could be used.

    Dear Anglika,
Could you please elaberate your explanation? Please give the two sentences a broader context . Examples would be most helpful.
