    Smile Is/Are there any difference/s

Is there any difference between on vacation and for vacation?
Are there any differences between on vacation and for vacation?

Which of the above two versions sounds better to you? Thanks.

    Re: Is/Are there any difference/s

I think both statements are OK. How many differences are you looking for?
In sentence one, you would be looking for a/one difference. In the second you would be looking for more than one. Hope this helps.
