Question: what was the last thing that Mary wanted to say to the Bill which she was unabkble to express? What do you think she actually wanted to say ?

    Answer:
She want to say "When will you visit us?" or "when did you get married?".

Is it correct? I am waiting for answers.Kindly reply me.

It seems to me to be an open question. That is, it is just to get you to think about the situation. You are being asked to put yourself in the writer's place and put words in the mouths of the characters. What matters is what you think.
