Smile grammar correction of translated motto

    HI!

I translated my favourite motto from my mother tongue (Slovak) but Iīm not sure if it is grammar correct. Can you advise me?

    Motto:

"Do what you want to other people do to you and donīt do what you donīt want to other people do to you. "

    Thanks, Janko

    Janko,

The normal saying for this in English, and it's kind of a frozen formula, is,

"Do unto others what you would have them do unto you."

"Do [what you want] to other people [do to you and donīt do] what you [donīt] want [to] other people to do to you. " ---->>>>>

"Do to other people what you want other people to do to you."
