Problems with glossary and the list of verbs

    hello :D
this is my first post here

    I have the next problem

When I try to run the Glossary on my computer . The screen displays the next message

Shell.dll is not on your system

What can I do ? I tried to copy it from my libreries and pasted in the glossary carpet but it did not work either :(

    Help !

The list of irregular verbs , appears a message that say the file is corrupted or damage . Does anybody have this problem??
    Is this normal??

Thank you very much for your support ! :D

The software is designed to run on Windows systems. Can you tell me what operating system you are using?
I'm not a teacher, so please consider any advice I give in that context.

I have Windows Xp . Im gonna write down exactly the message as it appear on the screen

    File Error
    Cannot find SHELL.DLL
    Close

    then appears the next message
Cannot find D:DOCUME~1/FER~/MYDOCU~1/TOEFL/GLOSSARY.EXE (or one of its components) . Check to ensure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available

I use a different Windows and it works fine. I'll try it on an XP machine later and see.

I've just loaded them onto a machine running Windows XP and they both worked fine.

    thanks ! :)

then the problem must be in my computer , not in the software
Maybe my Shell.dll library is in another carpet

    thank you guys !

ooh what about the verbs ? does it work well on your computer ?
I have problems extracting the file . It says it is corrupted .

Have you tired running a search for <shell.dll>? Perhaps that file is missing or corrupted. :?
