    Default What Difference?

i saw an article on internet ,there was a sentence:Should Quebec separate from the rest of Canada?
my question is: can we say"Should Quebec separate from of Canada?"

"Should Quebec separate from of Canada?" is not correct.

"Should Quebec separate fromCanada?" is correct and means the same thing.
