    Is this sentence grammatically correct?

    Hi,

I'm a Linguistics student in university and this year I'm taking "Research Methods" as a course. The lecturer of this course wanted us to prepare our titles for the study we are going to do througout the year. So, I prepared one and would like it to be checked by a teacher, preferably by a native speaker:

"The phonological problems that learners of English as a foreign language at intermediate level from Turkey, France and Arabia face"

Actually, it sounds weird to me, but I couldn't be sure about how to make it better. Your helps will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
P.S.: Punctuation is important too. Please tell me whether I have to put commas somewhere in the sentence.

I'd say "The phonological problems faced by learners of English as a foreign language at intermediate level from Turkey, France and Arabia".

But I'm NOT a teacher NOR a native speaker. Wait for a teacher to get better advice.
