Smile you need a plan to make them a reality

All of these are good goals, but you need a plan to make them a reality.

I suspect that I could render the underlined part as the following:

you need a plan to carry them out/put them into practice/realize them/perform them.

Would you point out those which don't fit for me? Thanks.

Re: you need a plan to make them a reality

Goal are achieved or realized, but not performed or put into practice. Therefore "realize them/achieve them" are acceptable alternatives.
