    Second request.

The doctor dictates in this report:

His thyroid was drawn on 09/07, which is normal.

    or

His thyroid was drawn on 09/07, which was normal.

There is no background information. He is talking about the patient's laboratory tests. Which one should I use. This is how he dictates it.

    Re: Second request.

    Probably:

"which is normal" = in the normal range

"which was normal" = normal for that patient at the time of the test.

By the way, can you give individual titles to your posts?
