    Default Phrasal verb definition!

    Would someone please explain the detailed descriptions of phrasal verbs:

    To be on a cloud nine
    To put up with
    To bring about
    To see red
    To be in the red/black

    To put up with...to tolerate or accept
    To bring about...to make happen
    To see red...to be angry
    To be in the red/black...to be insolvent/solvent with regards to finances
