    Can I speak " I very often listen to the radio."? 'Is it correct?"

    First of all the word speak is incorrect here. You should've written say instead of speak.
    Here is your answer. Very often often comes at the end of the sentence in a negative sentence. In a positive sentence we normally use often only. Sometimes every so often can come at the beginning of a positive sentence:
    Every so often I treat myself to a meal in an expensive restaurant.

    Q: "Do you ever listen to the radio?"
    A: "I listen to the radio very often."

    So far as I am aware there is no requirement for the placing of "very often".
