    "She bowled her way through the half of the beds of London" (Brown, Tina; "The Diana Chronicles; p. 297; Doubleday; 2007; NYC)

    It could mean that she had sex with a large number of people, and not in a discreet or careful fashion. Imagine a bull moving thru a china shop. 'bowled' COULD be a euphemism for 'balled'.

    Was the 'the' that I underlined in your text, above, in the original, Robuca?
