Could you give us a little more to go on? What do you want to invite people to do? Is this an invitation to a party, an invitation to place a bid or an invitation to an event? It would be a lot better if you gave it a try, write a draft, and let us have a look at it.

Actually I haven't got ideas in writing invitations. It's about inviting people to an event, say a church event. Could you give me a pattern on how to write it.
    say :

    Date
    Name
    Address

    Heading
    Body

    ....

    Talking Re: invitation letter

For parties or formal occasions the invitation is often sent in an envelope in the following format:

(Who is inviting) request the honor of your presence at
(The event they are being invited to wedding, party etc.)
(Date and Time of the event)
(Address where the event is being held)
RSVP Name and address or phone number
    Example
    Mr. and Mrs. Harold Wentworth
request the honor of your presence at
    the wedding of their daughter
Emma Jean to Mr. Fredric John Smith
    Saturday, December 14, 2007 at 7:30 PM
    Saint Mary’s Church
    1234 Main Street, Any town
    RSVP
    Wentworth Residence
    610 West Street, Any town
    Telephone: 265-555-1212

Are these going to be free events or will people have to pay to come?

[Name of church] invites you to join it for [whatever the event is]. Everyone is welcome.

It's our Young People's Day in church and we are to invite some pastors and their congregation. It's free.

    How about this:

Dear Mr xxxxx [or however you would normally address the ministers concerned]

On [date] we are holding a Young People's Day at xxxxx Church. We would very much like to invite you to attend this event and hope that you will be able to join us. If you are able to come, please confirm your acceptance to [name] at [address]. We will then be able to give you more information about what we hope to be doing.

    Yours sincerely

    That's quite fine.

But how/where would I add it there that we'll be having two services that day. One in the morning(time: 9-12) and the other in the afternoon(time: 2-5).

And that in the afternoon, there will be some games/activities like game A, game B, and game C...

    Thanks!!!
