    Is muscular used for women too?

    He has a muscular body? Do we use muscular for women too?

    There's no real reason why not. In our society, we don't normally think of women as being muscular, and most people probably don't find muscular women very attractive, so we don't write about muscular women very often. But if you've ever seen a professional female body-builder, one word that would exactly describe her would be: "muscular".
