    Re: entitlement bitch?

I dare guess this is someone who doesn't miss to use every right they are entitled with as a client/a customer to enjoy their power over, well, personell.

    Re: entitlement bitch?

It's not a term I have met, but I can see how and why is can be used. The Urban Dictionary seems to have it about right: Urban Dictionary: Entitlement Bitch

I would avoid using it unless you are VERY sure about the person you are communicating with.

    Re: entitlement bitch?

I'm glad you did ask trans. Now I have the term to describe some of the people I meet, whereas before I've had to resort to a behavioural description! The beauty of language when it evolves constructively rather than iconoclasm born of slovenly speech.
