    Default archetypal

I know i am a pest, but I am doing a translation from English to Dutch, about astrology. Trouble is I don't understand all the English words!! For instance what is archetypal. It is something to do with psychology, because the sentence it's in is.. "This book is for readers of archetypal psychology". I can't find it in a dictionary. Can you help?

Hi! Archetypal psychology is descended from Jungian psychology and was pioneered by James Hillman. It's really too complex to discuss here, but you may want to check out this website: http://www.hermes.gen.nz/Main_Street.htm
