    I use it in writing, but in speech it depends. Where the preposition at the end option is available, I use 'who'.

    What about change the word "ever" into "ofen" in the queston line?

    So the poll might be turned into:
    Do you often use 'whom' in your daily life? Or in your written English?
    a. often
    b. seldom
    What do you think?
