Itís very sad that [the/your] service is still the same, in fact worse than before. I wonder if there are any times of the year when itís any good. Iíve been logged in since night [night is very general - better to say what time you started], and itís coming up to 6 in the morning, but the connection is still lost. You told me everything would be better in 2 days. Itís been over 2 days, but there has been no improvement. I think that I am being unnecessarily polite, and my politeness is being misused.I think I have been very patient, but my patience is wearing thin and I am feeling that you are taking advantage of me.
