Default duck's eggs, duck eggs etc

Martin Hewings' ADVANCED GRAMMAR IN USE (2004 edition) CD ROM, Unit 43 contains the phrases of 'duck's eggs', and 'lamb's chops'.(The writer wants us learners to fill in the blanks with these phrases.)

But we often say 'bird eggs, duck eggs, chicken eggs, lamb chops', all without 's. In which ever way do native speakers say these things? Thanks.

We'd normally say it without the 's, especially when we're talking about food. Actually bird, duck, chicken and lamb are adjectives in this context, telling you what kind of eggs.
Lamb's chops is practically impossible. I just googled it and got only "lamb chops."
