    Default with this method, by this method

    Could you tell me if I'm right in using the prepositions before and after the noun 'method'? Thank you.

    We can solve the problem by/ with this method. ( 'in this way' sounds more naturally?)

    The method of/ for solving the problem worked well. (without any difference?)
