    I will follow you

    Hi there.

"nothing can keep you from me"
    1. Is it the same as 'nothing can take you from me'? or there's a difference.

" Ever since you touched my hand"
    2. Is it the same as 'since you touched my hand'? Does 'ever' have a meaning besides emphasis?

    Thanks in advance.

"Nothing can take you from me":
We're together, and nothing can separate us. There's a stronger emphasis here on the fact that we're already together.

"Nothing can keep you from me."
Nothing can stop us from you from coming from me, and nothing can stop you me from going to you. You're not necessarily together now.

But the difference is very small in practice.

Again, it's a matter of emphasis when you look at "ever since". There's more emphasis on the fact that it's continuous. But again, the difference is small.

Often in songs it's not small differences in meaning that are important, but simply the need to have the right rhythm and rhyme.

I bungled my answer; part of my answer appears inside the quote.
I'm still not really competent at answering, quoting, and I'll try to master the system.
