    all through the country/ world

We say 'all through the winter', 'all over the country/ world', 'all across the country/ world' and 'throughout the winter/ world', can we also say 'all through the country/ world'?

    Thank you.

This is possible but it might depend on the context of the sentence. Give us an example sentence of how you propose to use this phrase and we can comment on it.
