    Default Comedy Caper

When I was a child I used to watch "Comedy Caper", a silent comedy from probably 1920's. I wonder what "Comedy Caper" means.

A caper is a frivolous adventure or escapade. A "comedy caper" is a humorous adventure of some sort. So, for example, if you've ever watched an Our Gang short and saw Spanky and Alfalfa try to skip school in order to go fishing, that would be a comedy caper.
