Default Any good ideas for teaching auxiliary responses?

Does anyone know of any good (prefererably free) activities or printable material which would slot into a lesson on auxiliary responses?
I'm doing 'So do I!', 'Neither have I!' etc but the course book is pretty boring.

There's a good communicative activity on this at ELTgames.com. Students have to mill around the room finding people who agree with them. Hope this is useful for you.

Isn't it a bit near to Christmas to still be teaching?
