    Post "to make a call" or "to have made a call"

    A quick reply of more than one teacher would be greatly appreciated.


    (a) It wouldn't have hurt you if you had made a call. I was waiting for hours!

    I think the sentence above can be replaced by either or both of the sentences below.

    (b) It wouldn't have hurt you to make a call. I was waiting for hours!
    (c) It wouldn't have hurt you to have made a call. I was waiting for hours!

    Are both (b) and (c) OK?
    And if so, which would you use more often?

    All three are 'correct'.
    I'd probably say " It wouldn't have hurt you to call. I was waiting for hours!"
