    Question the exclamation mark

    Hi,

In the sentence " Well, guess what. We are going to Europe for 10 days. Canīt wait. I have always wanted to go there and now I am having the opportunity."

does the writer sound bored without exclamation marka after guess what and canīt wait ?

    thanks

    Re: the exclamation mark

Not particularly. You could make him sound bored or not bored by the way in which you say the sentence.
