    dear sir, please explain ,what does oriented mean, as in these , results-oriented and job-oriented.

    ‘Oriented’ means placed in a certain position or tended in a certain direction. ‘Results-oriented’ means something that is designed to achieve results. ‘Job-oriented’ means something that is designed to help the learner to find work in the job market easily and quickly.
