    make/made

    hi there,

Do we usually need a verb after 'make' like the example in the following sentence?

The drone of my voice made me feel sleepy. OR
The drone of my voice made me sleepy.

    Thanks

    pete

No. As your examples show, you do not need a verb after make (or made).
