    It is a quite well organised essay with topic sentences in paragraphs, a good opening and a concluding paragraph.

    You don't need the hyphen between "well and organised" if there is one concluding paragraph then don't use the plural. If there are two or more concluding parapraphs then it should be "
    a good opening and concluding paragraphs."
