    hold it in or hold it inside


    Then she couldn't hold it in/ inside for much longer and she started to tell the story.

    If I use hold up... is this make differences..

    she couldn't hold up in her for much longer....

    what is the differences hold up and hold in ?

    "She could not hold it in any longer" =she could not keep it to herself any longer


    "She could not hold up the line of traffic any more". = she could not delay the traffic
