    Explanation please

    I would really appreciate it if you could give me some brief grammatical explanation about the sentence below.
    ''Should I need more help, I could call my neighbour''
    What type of conditional is it, 2, 3 or mixed type?

    This is not good English. 'If I need more help, I can call my neighbour' is better.

    'Should' here, means 'in the event of', as in.....In the event of my needing more help, I can always call my neighbour.
