'do I deliver the cassette' and 'should I deliver the cassette' are both incomplete questions. You can make them more meaningful by adding, for example, 'to you personally'.

Do I deliver the cassette to you personally ?, is correct. The sense is 'Can I deliver it to you, do I have your permission to deliver it directly to you ?'

Should I deliver the cassette to you personally ?, is also correct. The sense is, 'MUST I deliver it to YOU PERSONALLY (and not to anyone else)'.
