    Question Congratulations

    Hi, I'd like to know if there is any possibility to use congratulations insted of happy birthday. Please help me.

    'Happy birthday' is by far the most common thing people say but an alternative might be 'Congratulations! Many happy returns!' By itself 'congratulations' is rarely used.
