Smile How Do I Describe a Person ?

    Hi,

Can you give me some advice about : how can I describe a person correctly.
How can a form of a sentence differ depending on the audience ?

    Thank you...

When you describe a person it is good to include the following information:

1-His name and his relation to you (if applicable)
    2-His job
3-His physical features (tall, short, fat etc.)
4-His personality (bad tempered, calm, generous, extravagent etc.)
5-You may wish to add your feeling about him/her

The other part of your question is not clear for me.

Thank you for answering my first question ....but if I write about a person's hobbies and life style, It should be in separate pargraphs, Right?

And about my second question, What I mean is how the form of a sentence, the style of a pargraph or a sentence change regarding the audience. Our teacher told us that we should pay attention to our audience when we write, and I need more explanation if you can explane more.

With reference to "audience" - consider you are standing in front of a group of teachers. The way that you might describe a person to them will be different from the way that you describe a person to a group of 5-year olds. You have two different audiences.

You will also describe a person differently from either of these if your audience is your family.

Choose the audience you want, and then write your description as if you are standing in front of that audience.
