    Default Teaching English to Chefs.

Hello all! I need a "hand".

I have just been asked to teach English to a group of chefs who are absolute beginners as part of an exchange programme with English as first language chefs. So, as experienced as I am in teaching absolute beginners, obviously I wish to focus my course in the field that they work in.

Do you know of any sites that would help with vocabulary/course structures etc.? Anyone out there with experience who might be able to give me a few pointers?

All input will be greatly appreciated!

Hehehe, I always was a good one at the cooker. One of the most important lessons that my Mother has taught me and has enhanced my life superbly!

Thanks, I haven't time at this moment, but they are both bookmarked and I will get back to you with details of my progress. Awww... ESL search engine!
