    Meaning?

Anne Boleyn: [on Mary's wedding night] I failed you as a sister.
Mary Boleyn: No one could wish for a better sister.

    What do they mean?

    ---------------------
And here's another conversation on a celebration of a new year in some country:
A: *name of the coountry* is living in the dark ages, I think its something like 1361 or some crap like that this year.
    B(correcting A): It's 1387!
A:My bad, party like its 1399.

What's the joke behind the last line? Is it some famous sentence or joke that person A using here?

    Thanks

Anne Boleyn: [on Mary's wedding night] I failed you as a sister. I wasn't a good sister to you
Mary Boleyn: No one could wish for a better sister. You are mistaken, i think you have been a very good sister indeed.

As it appears, there is an album which came out some time ago:

Bagas Degol, Party like it's 1399

    The complete title is:

Tonight We're Going To Party Like It's 1399

Party used here as a verb: to party, to celebrate.
